Great location in an upscale and modern area. Delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Convenient transportation via a nearby metro station.

Nothing it was perfect.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the staff provided exceptional service, especially at the Spa & Wellness Centre where we enjoyed a relaxing massage. the outdoor swimming pool is stunning and the sun terrace offers a breathtaking view of the garden area.

The only minor downside was the limited menu options, even though the Special Diet Menus were available. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were great, but we would have appreciated more variety.

The hotel is in a great location near an artificial lake with plenty of greenery around. the member dining area offers multiple options and is close to a fairground. the rooms are clean and modern with great views. the bathroom amenities are top-notch and the staff is very friendly and helpful. the breakfast is delicious and has a good variety of options.

The elevators can be slow and crowded at times.

During my New Year's stay, the best aspects of my hotel experience were the comfortable beds and the great view from my room. The hotel is conveniently located near many shops and restaurants. Another advantage was the friendly service I received from the staff.

The worst aspects of my stay were that the breakfast buffet was often not fully stocked, and the elevators were extremely slow and often crowded. Additionally, the hotel had an unpleasant odor and some of the amenities, such as the outlets, were not in good working condition. my stay was disappointing and I would not recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bedding soft and comfortable. the view from our room was breathtaking. the hotel was conveniently located near popular tourist attractions and easily accessible by public transportation. One of the best things was the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options.

The hotel's Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to get work done. the staff were polite, but not very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants or activities.
